West Park is a development consisting of two affordable rental buildings situated on the former Thetis Lake Campground lands along the southern perimeter of Thetis Lake Park in View Royal.

An earlier vision for the property called for four five-storey condominium lowrises and a collection of nearly 50 townhome/duplex residences. Future development may still proceed with a variety of housing types.
