Roundhouse at Bayview Place is a multi-phased, mixed-use residential and commercial project situated between Catherine Street and Esquimalt, Sitkum, and Kimta roads in Vic West's Songhees neighbourhood in the City of Victoria.

At full build-out, Roundhouse will add over several thousand rental and condominium residennces homes to the area in towers in the range of 20-to-30-storeys tall along with a variety of commercial spaces on a site formerly used for railroad operations.
