Eagle Creek Village is a multi-use development situated across from the Victoria General Hospital in View Royal.

The first phase is comprised of office, rental residential and commercial space. The office component includes 60,500 square feet of class A space over four floors in a five floor, 76,000 square foot building with ground floor commercial space. The rental component includes 60 units above retail spaces and the second phase will see 100+ market condominium homes.
